For his 5th role at the illustrious Metropolitan Opera, Lucas Meachem sang Robert in Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta. Alongside Sonya Yoncheva and Matthew Polenzani, Mariusz Trelinski’s production of this one-act opera set the fairy-tale story. This concluded Lucas’ season at the Met, followed by his La Bohème performances last fall.

Lucas sang Robert’s aria at the San Francisco Opera in the Park Concert in 2016 with Nicola Luisotti and the San Francisco Opera orchestra.
